33013 Tapered roller bearings
Tapered roller bearings are mainly suitable for bearing radial and axial combined loads based on radial loads, while large cone-angle tapered roller bearings can be used to bear radial and axial combined loads based on axial loads. The bearing is a separation type bearing, and the inner ring (including tapered roller and cage) and the outer ring can be installed separately. The radial and axial clearance of the bearing can be adjusted during installation and use, and the pre-interference installation can also be performed.
Specific classification and model comparison:
1, single row tapered roller bearing (30000 type)
Note: Can bear radial and axial loads mainly based on radial loads, large cone Angle bearings can bear radial and axial loads mainly based on radial loads, resulting in additional axial forces under the action of radial loads, therefore, generally configured in pairs, can bear radial loads, such as the external axial force must be greater than the additional axial force, 313 series bearings have a large contact Angle (27°-30°). Can withstand large axial load, other series contact Angle of 10°-18°.
2, double row tapered roller bearings (350000 type)
Note: The bearing has an outer ring and two inner rings, and there is a spacer between the two inner rings. By changing the thickness of the spacer ring, the clearance can be adjusted, and the radial load and two-way axial load can be borne at the same time, and the two-way axial displacement of the shaft or housing can be limited within the range of the bearing clearance.
3, four row tapered roller bearings (330000 type)
Note: The bearing has a spacer between the inner ring and the outer ring for adjusting the clearance, and the performance is basically the same as that of double-row tapered roller bearings, with large bearing capacity and low limit speed, mainly used in heavy machinery, such as rolling mill.
