UCFC207 pillow block bearing Installation steps and precautions:

1. Before installing the bearing on the shaft, the fixed pin of the bearing jacket must be removed first, and the surface of the journal should be polished smooth and clean, and oil should be applied to the journal to prevent rust and lubrication (allowing the bearing to rotate slightly on the shaft).

2. Apply lubricating oil to the mating surface of the bearing seat and bearing, and load the bearing into the bearing seat. The assembled bearing is then fitted to the shaft together with the bearing seat. Push to the required position for installation.

3, the bolt fixing the bearing seat should not be tightened first, so that the bearing jacket can rotate in the bearing seat. Also install the other end of the bearing and seat on the same shaft, turn the shaft a few turns, so that the bearing itself automatically finds the right position. Then tighten the bearing seat bolt.

4, install eccentric sleeve. First put the eccentric sleeve on the eccentric step of the bearing inner sleeve, and tighten it by hand along the rotation direction of the shaft. Then insert a small iron rod into or against the countersink hole on the eccentric sleeve. Hit the small iron bar with the hand hammer in the direction of rotation of the axis. Make the eccentric sleeve firmly installed, and finally lock the hex screw on the eccentric sleeve.
