UCFL309 pillow block bearings

1. First loosen the locking screw on the eccentric sleeve of the bearing with a hex wrench, then insert a small iron rod into the countersunk hole on the eccentric sleeve of the top cover, and loosen the eccentric sleeve against the rotating direction of the shaft.

2. Loosen the bolt fixing the bearing seat. Remove the bearing from the shaft along with the housing. Note before removing the bearing seat at one end of the shaft. The bearing seat bolt at the other end of the shaft should be loosened so as not to damage the bearings at both ends due to mutual stress.
